Soluna, Bitdeer expand Texas joint mining project to 35 MW

Soluna Holdings said it has amended an agreement with Dory Creek, a subsidiary of Bitdeer Technologies Group, to add 7 MW of bitcoin mining capacity at Project Kati 1 in South Texas. The increase brings the parties’ total power allocation at the site to 35 MW and fills the K1BC phase capacity. The expansion will use a joint mining structure under which Bitdeer will supply and own the Sealminer A2 Pro Air mining machines, while Soluna will handle data center infrastructure, power and operational management. Mining revenue will be shared between the two companies. The newly added 7 MW is expected to be deployed in November 2026, according to TheEnergyMag.
